Structure
and principle:
（1）Structure
· The dry powder fire extinguisher ball device consists of internal drive device, foam shell, installation bracket, ABC dry powder extinguishing agent etc.
（2）Principle
· The dry powder fire extinguisher ball device consists of foam shell, internal dry powder drive device, ABC dry powder extinguishing agent.
· There is a lead wire around the dry powder fire extinguisher ball device.
· When the lead fire is ignited, the drive agent is activated and will expand quickly in the shell.
· The dry powder extinguishing agent will be injected and sprayed out quickly, reaching total flooding extinguishing status.
· The fire will be put out under the physical and chemical effect of extinguishing agent.

3-1 Fire extinguisher ball technical requirement parameter
Operation procedure:
· There are two operation methods of dry powder fire extinguisher ball:1.
· Install the dry powder fire extinguisher ball device bracket to designated location of potential fire area.
· The fire will ignite the lead wire and the dry powder fire extinguisher ball device will activate in 3 seconds and put out the fire. 2.
· No matter old people or children can just throw the fire extinguisher ball to the designated location when the fire happens.
· The dry powder fire extinguisher ball will activate in 3 seconds to put out the fire once the fire
touches lead wire.
Installation and maintenance:
· There are 3 methods to use the dry powder fire extinguisher ball device:
· (1)Put the dry powder fire extinguisher ball on the bracket, put the bracket on any designated location.
· (2)Put the dry powder fire extinguisher ball on the bracket, install the bracket on the closet or wall with M4 tapping screw.
· (3)Put the dry powder fire extinguisher ball on the bracket, hang the bracket on the ceiling or other place with M4 tapping screw.
Maintenance:
· a. Clean its dust and dirt regularly according to the environment condition and replace it promptly if any damage is found.
· b. Don’t need to check the quality of dry powder during the period of validity.
· c. The validity period of dry powder fire extinguisher ball device is 5 years, free from maintenance.
