System Working Principle & Process:

· In the event of a kitchen stove fire, the fire detector (temperature sensitive fusible chain) automatically fuses when the burning flame temperature reaches 185°C.

·Technical control valve is activated; the control valve stinger punctures the high pressure gas storage valve diaphragm.

·High pressure storage cylinder chlorine gas through the pressure reducer so that the pressure into the chemical bottle.

·The fire extinguishing agent is sprayed from the pressurized agent bottle through the atomization nozzle.

·Synchronously extinguish the table flame, fume hood and flue flame.

·After spraying the fire extinguishing agent the water flow linkage valve is opened and water is sprayed on the cooktop and flue hood to cool them down.

·The above steps are carried out simultaneously and take only 2-6 seconds.

·The device is equipped with automatic and manual start; manual start device can also be used in the early stage of the fire, it will be faster and more effective to extinguish the flame early.
